This applies to all of our upholstered beds and headboards purchased from 1st January 2021 onwards. Exclusions apply.


This does not include

– Fabric damage

– Deterioration or Staining

– Structural issues rising from misuse of our products. 

– Non domestic products used for non domestic purposes. 

– Goods purchased through a 3rd party. 

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

How to make a claim

To register your claim with us you will need to email us with:

  • Proof of purchase (Online Receipt Email)
  • Photographs of the full product and the area that displays the issue you are concerned about.
  • Full Description of the issue and timeline of issue. 

We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your claim and confirm next steps.

Wherever possible, replacement product will be like for like. However, if a particular style, material or model is no longer available we will substitute appropriately from our current range.
